Billing questions
Do you take a percentage of what I collect?
No. Your plan fee is the only thing Fieldtender charges. Stripe charges its own standard card-processing fee on each payment your customer makes, and that goes to Stripe — not us. We never hold, pool, or touch your funds.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, and billing continues monthly. If you do nothing, the trial simply converts. No credit card is required to start the trial.
What if I go over my included invoices?
On Starter and Growth, additional invoices are billed at the per-invoice overage rate shown on the plan. On Pro, invoices are unlimited. You can upgrade at any time if overages add up.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
Is there an annual option?
Not yet. Every plan is month-to-month with no contract.
